Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification. After payment is received, your order will be immediately forwarded to our shipping department.

Delivery Schedule
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If your order contains items with different shipping times, we may ship them in separate packages unless otherwise agreed. In such cases, delivery times will vary by item.
Delivery Restrictions and Changes
We cannot currently deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes. Please note that orders cannot be modified or canceled after they have been placed. For questions after placing your order, please contact us by email at info@umhaven.com.
Delayed or Lost Orders
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address during checkout. We accept no liability for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or requests to deliver to neighbors or adjacent buildings.
Discrepancies or missing items must be reported to us in writing by email at info@umhaven.com. We cannot refund or replace missing items unless the carrier has classified the item as lost 14 business days after the original shipping date.
Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
This may occur if the item was delivered to your workplace. In some cases, it may have been received by a post office or accepted by a colleague.
In this case, you can request a delivery proof by filling out a signature request form on the carrier’s website.
Please note that we cannot refund or replace packages marked as delivered. We therefore recommend using a secure delivery address.
Why Was My Order Canceled?
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, it may have been flagged by our fraud filter. If you believe this was an error, please ensure that your billing address matches your payment method and try again. Alternatively, you can place a new order via PayPal. You can easily register for a PayPal account at www.PayPal.com.
Additional Fees
Please note: Customs fees, including import duties or taxes, for returns are not covered by us. You bear all associated costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns or keeping your shipping receipt, as we cannot refund items lost during transit.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@umhaven.com.
