Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activities:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
- Original packaging is intact.
- Shipping tracking number is available.
- The goods are undamaged.
- The goods have been modified (not all stickers/labels are present).
- The goods have been worn.
- Original packaging is missing.
- The package was detained by customs.
- The 14-day period has expired.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the last shipment.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
If you cancel this contract, we shall refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods that is not necessary for examining their condition, properties, and functionality.
- Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you can no longer use the original packaging, ensure that you protect the goods sufficiently from transport damage with suitable packaging.
- Do not return goods freight collect.
- Please note that points 1 and 2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of your right of return.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
